Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime Warranty – The NanoStamp 360™ device has a Lifetime Warranty. Warranty does not cover any Device which has been damaged by accident, dropped, misused (including improper storage), abuse, and/or modification of the Device.

1. 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES LIFETIME WARRANTY covers defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for equipment, accessories, and spare parts (“PRODUCTS”) produced by 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES.
2. 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES LIFETIME  WARRANTY does not cover damage, deterioration, or malfunction caused by any alteration or modification of the product, improper or unreasonable use, incorrect maintenance, misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, excessive moisture, fire, improper loading or shipping (these activities fall under the product owner’s responsibility), lightning, power surges, or other natural events.
3. 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES LIFETIME  WARRANTY does not cover damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from transporting the product between multiple treatment locations, unauthorized tampering, unauthorized repair attempts, or any cause unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship.
4. Failure to follow the instruction manual or maintenance guidelines—including the use of inappropriate or non-approved cleaning products will void all or part of 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES LIFETIME WARRANTY.
5. Any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from the situations described in items 2, 3, and 4 will void 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES LIFETIME WARRANTY.
6. The validity of 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES LIFETIME  WARRANTY applies only to the original owner of the product. The warranty is non-transferable.
7. 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES LIFETIME  WARRANTY also applies to clients who purchase through a 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES approved distributor and become the product’s official “original owner.”
8. Without limiting the exclusions stated above, 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES does not guarantee that the covered product, including its technology or electronic components, will always remain available, avoid obsolescence, or stay compatible with any other product or technology.
9. 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES LIFETIME WARRANTY becomes effective on the date the product is purchased—whether directly or through an approved distributor—and paid for by the original owner.
10. When 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES must rely on a third-party transportation company for delivery, 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during transit.
    Upon delivery, customers must clearly note any issues on the delivery receipt and notify 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES immediately.
11. If, after delivery and inspection, the customer discovers that the shipment is incomplete, the wrong product was received, or the product is not functioning correctly, the customer must notify 360 AESTHETIC DEVICES within 48 hours of receipt.
